Over the build season, students and mentors build relationships that enable both parties to learn from one another. Most of our mentors return because of this rewarding relationship.

FIRST is not just about building robots. We also need mentors to guide us through the business plan, programming  and media and marketing aspects of the team.

FIRST is based on a foundation of volunteers and mentors and a successful FIRST robotics team without mentors is nonexistent. With their help our FIRST robotics team has the potential to reach new heights.
